Range Maintenance (Indoor Shooting Range)

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide range maintenance for a MCSAT indoor shooting range at Stewart ANGB, Newburgh, NY. The range complex includes a negative pressure building, 12 distinct lanes, roof-mounted HVAC systems, AR500 steel panels, ballistic glass, Lutron light fixtures and controllers, Meggitt target carrier systems, and an enclosed bullet trap. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly maintenance visits and provide repairs and replacements as needed. The contract is for 1 year with 4 option years.
