Z--Laboratory Facility Operation & Maintenance

The EPA Region 7 Acquisition Management Branch seeks an experienced firm to provide continuous operations and maintenance services for the EPA Region 10 Manchester Laboratory in Port Orchard, WA. The contractor will be responsible for routine mechanical system upkeep, preventive maintenance, and any additional work ordered by the Government to repair, upgrade, or maintain the facility’s systems and equipment throughout a base period plus up to four option periods. The scope includes servicing a multi‑building, single‑story laboratory campus housing ~85 staff, ensuring minimal downtime and preserving the facility’s operational integrity. • Perform ongoing mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance for the laboratory complex. • Provide rapid response to breakdowns and execute preventive maintenance to avoid equipment failures. • Offer optional supplemental services for upgrades, repairs, or other facility‑related tasks as directed by the EPA.
