As-Needed Landscaping Services

The State of Iowa is seeking an indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide as‑needed landscaping services—including mulching, planting, tree installation, weed control, pest management, and general maintenance—for the Capitol Complex and other state facilities throughout the Des Moines metro area. The contract will start with a one‑year base term and may be extended up to five additional one‑year periods, for a maximum of six years. Vendors must hold an Iowa contractor license and a commercial pesticide applicator license, agree to FOB‑Destination shipping, and submit quarterly sales reports and a 1 % administrative fee.
