Catholic Priest Services, Seymour Johnson AFB

The US Air Force is seeking a Catholic priest to provide religious services to the St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Community at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina. The services include conducting Mass, confessions, sacramental ministrations, wedding ceremonies, baptisms, Catholic pastoral counseling, conferences, and other religious services. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, travel, administrative, preparatory efforts, and performance of work necessary to perform the services. The government will provide liturgical materials for services. * Key responsibilities include: * Conducting, providing, and/or officiating Roman Catholic Mass, confessions, sacramental ministrations, wedding ceremonies, baptisms, Catholic pastoral counseling, conferences, and other religious services * Maintaining liaison with the Chapel POC before and after all services * Providing administrative services, including schedule coordination, training, fellowship/community immersion, and other administrative services * Ensuring continuity of performance by providing a qualified Catholic priest to perform all services, with the option to designate an equally qualified alternate as a back-up * Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards, including environmental protection and safety requirements
