Vacant Land Lease - USACE

The United States Government is seeking to lease land in the state of Washington, within the vicinity of the City of Vancouver to the City of Woodland, specifically along the I-5 and I-205 corridors. The leased space must be at least 0.36 acres and have onsite utility hookups or the ability to extend services from nearby connections. The lease term is five years, with one year firm and four rights to renew each subsequent year thereafter. The property must meet specific requirements, including a 2,900 square foot modular structure, 4,000 square feet for a fenced parking area, and 9,100 square feet for general parking. • The property must be located in the state of Washington. • The property must be situated within the city limits of Vancouver, Salmon Creek, Ridgefield, or Woodland, or within 0.5 miles of I-5 or I-205. • The property must have a minimum size of 0.36 acres. • The topography must support a 2,900 square foot modular structure, 4,000 square feet for a fenced parking area, and 9,100 square feet for general parking. • The property must have onsite utility hookups or the ability to extend services from nearby connections. • The property owner must agree to sign a right-of-entry to allow Government personnel and contractors access for suitability assessments.
