Description
The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is issuing an RFQ to establish or modify Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for medical and surgical consumables under the Medical/Surgical Prime Vendor (MSPV) program. The solicitation is tier‑ed to give priority to Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses, Veteran‑Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone and 8(a) firms, then large businesses. Offerors must quote only OEM‑listed items, provide an Authorized Distributor Letter (if not the OEM), and submit a completed quote sheet by the deadline. Pricing must be FOB Destination, valid for 180 days, and the BPA will be indefinite‑delivery with annual reviews; the government may place orders nationwide to VA health facilities and related agencies. Evaluation will consider technical compliance (clinical suitability) and price.
