The City of East St. Louis is soliciting proposals from qualified solar providers for a turn-key installation of a rooftop solar PV project. The successful Proposer will have demonstrated experience designing, planning, scheduling, permitting, constructing, interconnecting, and commissioning a solar PV system. The City encourages certified MBEs, WBEs, and BEPs to submit bids for service. Key aspects of the project include: • Designing and planning the solar PV system • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses • Constructing and interconnecting the solar PV system • Commissioning the solar PV system • Providing project financial analysis • Establishing on-site safety standards The City reserves the right to modify the scope of the project at any time prior to contract execution.
