Repair Naval Reserve Training Facility B3370

The US Air Force is seeking capabilities packages from potential sources for the renovation of the Naval Reserve Building 3370 at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. The project includes replacing the HVAC equipment, removing mold and water-damaged areas, and restoring finishes. The building is used for reserve training 1-2 weekends per month with approximately 250 occupants per weekend. The dollar magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The project requires replacing the HVAC equipment to eliminate mold growth inside the facility. • The renovation shall include providing new HVAC units on the roof and providing any electrical equipment needed to support the new HVAC system. • A HAZMAT survey was performed to determine the extent of mold that may need to be abated during demolition and refinishing. • Cybersecurity is also required for this project renovation.
