The Parish of St. Tammany is seeking a qualified contractor to improve drainage along Lafitte Street (R04D050) in Mandeville, LA. The work involves complete removal and replacement of existing drainage structures, subsurface storm‑drain pipes, catch basins, sod, concrete driveways, and driveway aprons, all performed in accordance with Louisiana DOTD specifications and under a 60‑day construction window. • Remove existing storm‑drain pipe and associated structures, then install new 24‑in and 30‑in RCPA‑equivalent pipe sections (total linear footage detailed in the unit‑price sheet). • Install new catch basins (CB‑02 type), replace concrete driveways, and provide sodding of disturbed areas. • Provide traffic control, signage, and flagmen to maintain two‑way traffic flow, and submit all required shop drawings, progress reports, and as‑built records. • Provide full insurance coverage, a 100 % performance bond, and comply with all liquidated‑damage provisions (daily penalties for late completion). • Submit a sealed quote (or electronic submission per checklist) by July 16 2026, acknowledging any addenda issued before July 13 2026.
