Photos with Santa

The City of Grand Prairie seeks a vendor to provide a full‑service “Photos with Santa” experience for its annual Prairie Lights holiday event. The contractor will install, staff, operate, and dismantle a photo booth inside the Holiday Village Tent, handling everything from equipment and costumes to on‑site printing and cash handling. The contract begins on or after July 1 2026, runs for an initial one‑year term (with renewal options), and the vendor will be paid a percentage of gross receipts (minimum 20%). • Turnkey photo‑service including Santa, photographer, equipment, printing, POS, and décor. • Service period: Thanksgiving through Dec 23 2026 (alternate photos Dec 24‑31). • Requires background checks, insurance, and at least three years of similar municipal photography experience.
