PUBLICATION OF LEGAL NOTICES

The City of El Cajon is seeking a qualified newspaper to provide a one‑year contract for publishing all legal notices, ordinances, resolutions, and other public‑notice advertisements required by California law. The contractor must be a legally adjudicated newspaper for San Diego County, publish at least three days per week in English, and submit rates on a per‑column‑inch basis. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a fixed price for the entire contract term and a possible 120‑day test period.
