UREC Exercise Equipment

The University of North Carolina at Charlotte is seeking bids for exercise equipment for the University Recreation department. The equipment includes various types of fitness machines, free weights, and accessories. The successful bidder will be required to deliver and install the equipment. The bid price shall include the total price for each item, including shipping, delivery, handling, administrative and other similar fees. The University reserves the right to award a contract to a single vendor for all line items or to make separate awards to different vendors for one or more line items. • The equipment includes: Precor Cast Server, Precor BP SCL885 P84 Stair Climber, Peloton Commercial Bike+ Pro, Peloton Commercial Row+ Pro, Peloton Subscription, Human Touch Novo XT PRO+ Massage Chair, Human Touch Anti-Gravity Chairs, Hyperice Normatec 3 Leg Recovery System, and other items. • The vendor shall be authorized by the manufacturer to distribute or resell the products and/or maintenance offered in this IFB. • The vendor shall provide a warranty for all equipment furnished under this IFB. • The vendor shall be responsible for compliance with warranty terms by any third-party service provider.
