Sources Sought To acquire broadcast distribution rights to allow AFN to distribute and broadcast digitally

The American Forces Network (AFN) is seeking sources to acquire broadcast distribution rights for digital, terrestrial, and satellite distribution of branded radio music services and nationally syndicated audio content. The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary equipment, including satellite receivers and IP Audio streaming appliances, and configuring them to perform within a Government DODIN environment. The contractor will also provide online affiliate access to imaging production materials, radio show preparation materials, and US terrestrial and streaming music research services. The contract period of performance is expected to begin on May 1, 2026, and last for 5 years. • The contractor must provide equipment, including satellite receivers and IP Audio streaming appliances, and configure them to perform within a Government DODIN environment. • The contractor must provide online affiliate access to imaging production materials, radio show preparation materials, and US terrestrial and streaming music research services. • The contractor must merge content from satellite receivers and provide a broadcast quality signal for the contracted services. • The contractor must provide direct access to terrestrial and streaming radio data and analytics provided by MediaBase.
