Ice Skating Rink

The City of Dublin is seeking a qualified contractor to design, install, operate, and remove a seasonal outdoor ice‑skating rink at Riverside Crossing Park to support the Christkindlmarkt winter market. The operator must supply a modular rink system (minimum 40 ft × 80 ft), refrigeration equipment, skate‑rental services, staffing, maintenance, and all related infrastructure, while coordinating with the city’s utilities and event schedule. The contract includes a 2‑year initial term with possible annual extensions, and the operator retains all revenue from admissions and rentals. • Provide full‑service ice‑rink equipment (refrigeration, piping, Zamboni, lighting, fencing, etc.) • Manage installation (Oct 5‑12 2026), operation (Nov 18 2026‑Mar 15 2027), and removal (Mar 15‑Apr 1 2027) aligned with the Christkindlmarkt event • Handle ticket sales, skate rentals, staffing, first‑aid, and day‑to‑day rink operations, while complying with all local codes and city‑provided utilities.
