Annual 15KV CIRCUIT BREAKER MULTI-YEAR AGREEMENT

The City of Lakeland is soliciting sealed bids to supply magnetically actuated 15 kV vacuum circuit breakers for a one‑year contract with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year terms (maximum five years). Four specific breaker models (part numbers 1092125, 1092200, 1092048, 1092148) covering 1200 A and 2000 A ratings at 125 VDC and 48 VDC will be purchased in single‑unit quantities. Vendors must meet ANSI, IEEE, NEMA, and ASME standards, provide extensive insurance (commercial general liability, automobile, workers’ compensation, excess liability), and comply with a full suite of safety, environmental, and certification requirements (human trafficking affidavit, drug‑free workplace, E‑Verify, etc.).
