Food and Beverage Services for RSB

The Minnesota State Retirement System (MSRS) is seeking a contractor to provide food and beverage services for the Minnesota State Retirement Systems Building. The contract term is anticipated to be from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $45,000 to $70,000 for one year of services. The contractor will provide weekday lunch service for up to 250 employees and up to 100 weekly building visitors. The contractor must offer a sufficient number of items to meet the state's food and beverage service needs. • The contractor must provide a well-rounded, innovative food service program. • The contractor must provide menu items that include nourishing, appealing, and good-tasting food, healthy alternatives, and quality ingredients. • The contractor must provide good customer service and menu variety. • The contractor must provide catering services. • The contractor must comply with all specifications and terms and conditions of the contract.
