Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the Department of Veterans Affairs makes monthly rental payments in arrears upon facility acceptance, and the amount of the payment is not specified. However, based on the requirements for the parking spaces and the lease term, a rough estimate for the annual rental payment could be in the range of $200,000 to $500,000, depending on the location, amenities, and services provided. Over the 10-year lease term, the total budget could be in the range of $2 million to $5 million. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the location of the parking spaces, the level of services provided, and the condition of the parking structure or lot.
