PROVIDE VARIOUS TENTS FOR 2025 FOURTH OF JULY FESTIVITIES (ON 7/4/25 IN HILO)

The County of Hawaii is seeking a vendor to provide various tents for the 2025 Fourth of July festivities at Hilo Bayfront Soccer Field. The vendor will be required to set up and dismantle a total of 9 tents of different sizes, with specific requirements for each tent, including compliance with temporary structure building and fire codes, ADA standards, and County of Hawaii building permit guidelines. The tents will be used for audience viewing and seating, stage, and Kupuna viewing areas. A technician is required to be on site throughout the event in case of problems or emergencies. • 2 each 20’ x 30’ tents for audience viewing/seating • 2 each 20’ x 20’ tents for audience viewing/seating • 1 each 20’ x 20’ tent for stage • 1 each 10’ x 20’ tent in back of stage • 3 each 20’ x 20’ tents for Kupuna viewing area • Tents must be set up on July 3, 2025, and dismantled on July 4, 2025 • Technician required on site throughout the event
