WAN Service for sites listed on the attachment A

The University of Utah is seeking bids for WAN Ethernet Services over Leased Lit fiber for various sites. The contract term is expected to be 60 months with an optional 12-month renewal. Vendors must provide pricing for the full term of the agreement, including all costs and fees. The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities or technicalities in the bidding process. • The scope of work includes providing end-to-end WAN services over Leased Lit Fiber for the sites listed in Attachment A. • Vendors must complete and submit Attachment A, which includes pricing for a 60-month contract. • The University requires vendors to maintain various insurance coverages, including Commercial General Liability and Cyber Liability insurance. • Vendors must also comply with all Utah State Sales and Use Tax exemption requirements.
