Description
The Immokalee Water & Sewer District is seeking qualified firms to provide professional engineering services and construction‑phase execution for a wastewater reclamation facility hardening project. The effort focuses on upgrading existing headworks, adding surge storage capacity, and enhancing initial wastewater processing. This RFQ targets firms with expertise in civil, mechanical, and environmental engineering, as well as construction management for water infrastructure.
• Modernize existing WRF No. 1 and No. 2 headworks
• Install an equalization/surge tank for storm‑event storage
• Provide additional improvements to initial wastewater processing, including design, permitting, and construction oversight
• Align work with CDBG‑DR MS009 agreement requirements
• Deliver full engineering and construction‑phase services under a professional services contract
