CJIS Boiler Inspection

The FBI's CJIS Division is seeking a firm to provide annual boiler inspections at their central plant in Clarksburg, West Virginia. The inspections are to ensure the boilers are operating safely and efficiently, complying with government standards. The contract will be a firm-fixed price contract with a base period and four option years. The contractor will need to perform the services in accordance with the Statement of Work provided in Attachment A and negotiated terms and conditions. Some key points to consider: • The contract will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. • A limited-based background investigation will be conducted on all contractor personnel prior to granting access to the site. • The contractor will need to have a LAR clearance, which consists of a background and fingerprint check. • There will be no site visit, and a kick-off meeting will be held after award.
