Professional Engineering Services for the Four Corners Regional Airport

The City of Farmington is seeking professional engineering services for the Four Corners Regional Airport. The selected firm will provide services including site analysis, project planning, design development, construction contract administration, and funding requests. The scope of work includes various airport development projects such as runway reconstruction, taxiway reconstruction, and airfield lighting upgrades. The firm must have experience in airport development projects and must certify compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements. • The project includes multiple funding sources, such as Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grants and New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) Aviation Division grants. • The firm must provide a detailed project description, including scope of work and any other special instructions needed. • The firm must communicate with the FAA and State DOT Aviation Division to ensure engineering requirements are met. • The firm must submit their methodology for DBE goals. • The firm must provide a list of projects they have completed similar in size and scope to the City of Farmington project.
