Fuel Program: Fixed and Spot Price for Metro Area

The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide and distribute diesel and gasoline products to participating State agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members located in the Metropolitan Area. The contract will include both a fixed and spot price program. The contractor must meet the specifications detailed in the solicitation and provide cost detail, product documentation, and other required information. • The contract term is anticipated to be from February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional four years. • The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $25,000,000.00. • The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
