Vendors must submit a single electronic quote via the PlanetBids portal, quoting FOB Glendale, CA (shipping included), with all taxes excluded and a net‑30 payment term. The city reserves the right to award any or all items to the lowest responsive bidder(s) and may reject any or all quotations. • Required items: 7 Stihl hedge trimmers, 11 Stihl blowers, 3 Stihl lawn edges, 20 Stihl batteries, 2 Greenworks blade sets, 2 Greenworks mowers, 7 Stihl weed eaters, 6 Husqvarna backpack blowers, 8 Husqvarna batteries, 1 additional Stihl weed eater, 1 Stihl leaf vacuum. • Vendors must be authorized resellers for the listed brands and provide manufacturer warranties; all items must be new, unused, and shipped FOB Glendale. • Submissions must be completed on the attached RFQ form and uploaded by the deadline; only one quote per vendor is allowed, and any duplicate submissions will result in rejection of all bids.
