TECOM Range and Training Area Management (RTAM) Support Services (Synopsis): M00264-26-R-0001

The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking contractor support for the Range and Training Area Management Branch, TECOM. The contractor will provide specialized expertise for the Marine Corps Range Program, including aviation range safety, ground range safety, laser range safety, range certification, and other services. The contract will be a single award, firm fixed priced contract with cost reimbursement travel CLINs, and will have a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. • The contractor will provide support for the Marine Corps Range Program, including range safety, range certification, and administrative services. • The contractor will require multi-service experience in classroom instruction, range integration, range certification, and airspace/Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) workflows. • The support is essential to the modernization, upgrading, transformation, safety, and sustainment of USMC Operational Training Ranges.
