Petersburg Borough seeks a qualified consulting firm to conduct a comprehensive engineering study and design for a new wastewater effluent disinfection system at its existing treatment facility. The scope includes a disinfection alternatives study, site investigation, detailed design, planning, and construction coordination to satisfy a new EPA NPDES permit. The consultant will be responsible for delivering technical reports, design drawings, and overseeing construction activities. • Perform a disinfection alternatives and feasibility study for wastewater effluent. • Develop detailed engineering designs, specifications, and construction coordination plans for the new disinfection system. • Provide ongoing technical support during construction to ensure compliance with EPA NPDES permit requirements. • Deliver final reports, design documentation, and as‑built drawings to the Borough. • Submit all deliverables by the solicitation deadline and comply with required EEOR documentation.
