Sea Lice Genotyping

The USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking a small‑business contractor to perform DNA extraction and SNP genotyping on sea‑lice samples for the National Cold Water Marine Aquaculture Center (NCWMAC). The work includes extracting DNA from ethanol‑preserved pre‑adult or adult lice, running the AXIOM LSAL200K 96‑array on a GeneTitan instrument (or equivalent), delivering genotype data and raw files (.cel and PLINK formats), and returning unused tissue and DNA.
