USAFA Notice of Intent to Sole Source FY26_PSA_Football Helmets

The US Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Riddell All American Sports Corp. for the procurement of 63 custom-fit Axiom football helmets and associated fitting services. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures, and the NAICS code for this requirement is 339920. The USAFA has determined that Riddell is the only responsible source capable of providing the required custom-fit helmets due to their exclusive distributorship, direct regional sales representative model, and patent-protected design.
