Metal Detectors for High Schools

The DeSoto County School District is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of eight metal detectors and accessories for high schools. The bid includes the provision of one in-person training session for up to 50 participants. The successful bidder must provide a price breakdown and accept purchase orders and 45-day net pay terms. The contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. • The metal detectors must meet or exceed the specified requirements, including being a CEIA OPENGATE weapons unit or equivalent. • The bid price must include shipping costs and one in-person training session. • The successful bidder must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest responsible bid. • The DeSoto County School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
