Janitorial Services - Fallon

The scope of work includes daily cleaning, weekly cleaning, and monthly cleaning of various areas of the facility, including offices, public areas, restrooms, and kitchens. The vendor must provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, and must ensure that all work is done in a professional and efficient manner. • The facility is approximately 3,000 gross square feet, with four bathrooms. • The vendor must provide a site visit registration prior to the site visit. • The vendor must not contact any state agency or employee regarding the solicitation, except for the main contact. • The vendor must ensure that all employees working on the project are employees of the vendor. • The vendor must not use state equipment or personal property for any reason. • The vendor must provide all necessary insurance and certifications.
