J041--Chiller Plant Preventative Maintenance

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance services for the chiller plant at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. The work includes routine inspections, cleaning, testing, minor repairs, parts replacement, performance monitoring, and detailed reporting to ensure reliable operation of the HVAC system that supports critical medical facilities.
