Multistack Chillers (Air Cooled), Associated Motor Starters

The U.S. Embassy in Maputo is seeking a qualified contractor to provide preventive maintenance services for its Airstack modular air‑cooled chillers, associated motor starters, VFDs, and electronic control panels. The work is performed on‑site in the Chiller Yard and must keep the equipment in operational condition. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ with a base period of one year and up to four optional one‑year extensions. The contractor must supply trained technicians, tools, consumables, and handle hazardous waste disposal. Performance is measured by successful completion of scheduled maintenance and a maximum of one customer complaint per month.
