Partnership Intermediary Agreements Concerning Improving Technology Transfer and Commercialization of Technology for the Homeland Security Enterprise

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is seeking information from qualified sources to identify potential partnership intermediaries that can provide services to support the technology transfer and commercialization of technology solutions for use by DHS and the Homeland Security Enterprise. The services include recruiting and outreach, business development, tech scouting and transition, prototyping, events, physical collaboration space, and demonstration and test. The goal is to increase the likelihood of success in the conduct of collaborative or joint activities and to stimulate and promote technology development, and outbound and inbound transfer of technology between DHS and academia, industry, and Federal laboratories. The key objectives of this RFI include: • Meeting the technical needs and requirements identified in the RFI • Describing the qualifications and experience of key personnel • Identifying existing national or regional partnerships with industry and university academia • Providing information on recent and similar type and scope of services for any U.S. Federal government agencies
