Financial Management Services Vendor for WA Cares Trust Fund

The Department of Social and Health Services is seeking a vendor to provide Financial Management Services (FMS) to support eligible beneficiaries and providers in the Washington Cares Fund program. The scope of work includes managing provider tasks, processing claims, and remitting payment for services rendered. The contractor will also be responsible for purchasing goods and services on behalf of beneficiaries and processing reimbursement requests. The contract is expected to be for a period of two years, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. • Key responsibilities include: • Managing provider tasks associated with WA Cares Fund • Processing claims and remitting payment for services rendered • Purchasing goods and services on behalf of beneficiaries • Processing reimbursement requests • Maintaining a record of every payment made to every transaction per beneficiary • Utilizing the conventional rounding method to the nearest penny • Automatically detecting duplicate claims • Resolving payment errors within five business days • Adhering to the WA Cares Billing Guide and other resources when billing for services and utilizing the ProviderOne system
