Voluntary Employee Benefits Service Providers

The Leander Independent School District is seeking proposals from vendors to provide voluntary employee benefits services, including accident, breast screening, cancer concierge services, critical illness, disability, employee assistance, financial services, fitness programs, health and wellness, identity theft protection, legal insurance, life insurance, medical transport, multi-cancer detection test, and pet insurance. The district intends to create a list of qualified awarded vendors for a variety of contracted services. The selection and use of such services provided by an awarded vendor are at the sole right and discretion of the district on behalf of its employees. • The district is looking for vendors that can provide K-12 appropriate services. • The contract will be in effect until 6/30/2029. • Vendors are encouraged to respond as soon as feasible for their services to be considered. • The district reserves the right to select the awarded vendor that best meets its employees' needs. • There are no obligations upon or guarantees made by the district to use any particular awarded vendor during the term of the contract.
