Missouri Western State University is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver 400 cartons of standard 20 lb, 8½ × 11‑inch white‑bond copy paper for use in its campus copiers, printers and fax machines. The contract covers the period from February 1 2022 through June 30 2022, with deliveries required on a two‑skid (40‑carton) basis, 48 hours after each request, during normal business hours. Bids must be submitted as sealed hard‑copy packages, include a total price that incorporates freight (FOB Destination), and be received no later than February 2 2022 at 2:00 PM CT.
