Affordable Home Repair Program

The City of Boise is seeking qualified partner(s) to design, manage, and deliver an Affordable Home Repair Program that provides critical home‑repair services to low‑income homeowners (≤ 80 % AMI). The selected partner will be responsible for program design, participant qualification, coordination of repair services, outcomes tracking, and scaling the program to two possible funding levels ($100 k and $500 k annually). The solicitation is an RFQ; proposals must be submitted electronically via JAGGAER and include a signed signature page, qualification narrative, financial capacity documentation, and a program‑scaling plan. Evaluation will be based on experience, references, financial capacity, and proposed scaling approach.
