Notice of Intent - Dover AFB HAAS UMC750 5-Axis Milling Machine

The United States Air Force intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Phillips Corporation, Inc. for the procurement of one new HAAS UMC-750 5-Axis Vertical Milling Machine. The machine is required to fabricate non-procurable, mission-critical components for the C-5M and C-17 aircraft fleets, directly supporting aircraft availability and mission readiness. • The contract includes the delivery, installation, and training of the machine. • The machine must be the exact HAAS UMC-750 model. • The Government is not seeking competitive proposals, but all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. • The Government will consider responses to this notice, but a determination not to compete the contract is solely within the Government's discretion.
