Description
SEPTA is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive tenant‑management and leasing services for its extensive real‑estate portfolio (approximately 500 leases across 90 properties). The contractor will act as the primary lease administrator, handle rent collection, ensure compliance, coordinate construction‑related tenant improvements, and market vacant spaces, while delivering regular financial and operational reports. • Manage lease administration, rent collection, CAM reconciliations, and tenant‑issue resolution for SEPTA‑owned properties.
• Provide brokerage services: market vacant spaces, negotiate new leases, and earn commissions (up to 6 % of lease value).
• Deliver monthly cash‑basis reports, semi‑annual variance updates, and annual revenue‑optimization analyses; maintain Yardi database and support a public real‑estate website.
