RFP No. 256088 - Vehicle Vinyl Wrap Services

The City of Salem is seeking a vendor to provide vehicle vinyl wrap services for the Salem Police Department's patrol vehicles. The vendor will be responsible for designing, printing, and installing vinyl wraps and graphics on the vehicles, as well as providing removal and replacement services as needed. The contract is expected to be for an ongoing basis as new patrol vehicles are added to the fleet or as existing vehicles are reissued, rebranded, or decommissioned. The City is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality, durable wrap installations and has experience working with law enforcement agencies. Some key requirements include: • Coordination of vehicle transportation to and from the City shops • An established facility within a 15-mile radius of the City of Salem • Ability to secure City vehicles in a locked, weather-protected facility with restricted access • Experience with vinyl wrap installations and graphic design • Ability to meet the City's standards for quality and durability • Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment and housing. The City will evaluate proposals based on factors such as the vendor's experience, qualifications, and price.
