ITB 2026-15 PFA 1 Edgewood & Golden Gate Septic to Sewer Project

The City of Crawfordville, Wakulla County is seeking a qualified contractor to design, construct, and commission a municipal sewer system that will replace approximately 130 existing septic systems in the Edgewood and Golden Gate neighborhoods. The work includes installing gravity sewer pipelines, high‑pressure force mains, four lift stations, associated control panels, and restoring all impacted roadways and drainage. The project is funded on a cost‑reimbursable basis with a maximum budget of $4.67 million and requires extensive bonding, insurance, and compliance certifications. • Convert ~130 septic systems to a centralized sewer network (gravity pipe, force main, lift stations). • Install 12,843 ft of 8‑in. gravity sewer, 3,830 ft of 4‑in. force main, and four lift stations with electrical controls. • Restore and repave all roads impacted by construction; provide all required permitting, utility coordination, and construction‑management services.
