Lift Station No. 73 Rehabilitation Project

The City of Plantation seeks qualified contractors to fully rehabilitate Lift Station #73, replacing the existing dry‑well, converting the wet‑well to a manhole, adding a new manhole, installing a new wet‑well, valve vault, pumps, piping, valves, fittings, and associated electrical and control equipment, plus required demolition, tree removal, and utility maintenance throughout construction. • Complete demolition of existing dry‑well and equipment. • Conversion of wet‑well to a manhole and installation of additional manhole, wet‑well, valve vault, and new pump system. • All associated civil, mechanical, and electrical work, including piping, valves, fittings, power service, and tree removal. • Mandatory pre‑bid/site visits on August 12 and August 19, 2026.
