Iao Valley Road Guardrail and Wall Replacement

The County of Maui is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing guardrail and retaining wall along Iao Valley Road. The work includes demolition of the current dry‑stacked rock wall, construction of a new concrete soil‑nail wall, replacement of metal guardrail, resurfacing and cold‑planing of the roadway shoulders, installation of new pavement markings and signage, placement of vinyl picket fencing, grading, tree removal/relocation, temporary utility relocations, and erosion control measures.
