The Pharr-San Juan-Alamo Independent School District (PSJA ISD) is seeking vendors to provide trophies, plaques, medals, equipment, services, and supplies for its campuses and departments. This is a continuous solicitation, and vendors may submit proposals from the open date until August 31, 2025. The district reserves the right to extend the solicitation via addendum. • The scope of work includes providing various items such as medals, trophies, plaques, award ribbons, graduation cords, and stoles. • Vendors must submit their proposals electronically through the district's e-bidding system. • The district will evaluate proposals based on factors such as price, reputation, quality, and the vendor's past relationship with the district. • The contract period will be for one year from the date of award, with the option to extend on a month-to-month basis. • Vendors must provide pricing for each item, including any applicable discounts or cost-plus pricing. • The district reserves the right to reject any proposal that does not meet the requirements or specifications outlined in the solicitation.
