DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM -- UNION MIDDLE

The Canyons School District is soliciting bids for the installation of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at Union Middle School. The selected contractor will be responsible for designing and deploying the DAS, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and providing a fully functional system by the end of February. The contractor must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in DAS design and deployment, and all installers must have at least 3 years of experience and certification by the product manufacturer. The contractor will also be required to provide insurance coverage and comply with all standard terms and conditions of the contract. • The contract includes provisions for changes in scope, termination, and default, as well as requirements for insurance, indemnification, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a warranty for the products and services provided, and to comply with all applicable standards and regulations. • The contract also includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and record-keeping, as well as requirements for publicity, disputes, and equal employment opportunity.
