Water Main Replacement FY25

The City of Lee's Summit is seeking qualified contractors to replace approximately 17,500 feet of aging water mains, install new hydrants, valves, fittings, and service connections, and restore the surface to its original condition. The work includes all materials, labor, equipment, testing, and supervision required to complete the water main rehabilitation. • Installation of 17,500 ft of water main and associated components (hydrants, valves, service lines). • Full surface restoration and cleanup after installation. • Mandatory electronic bid submission via QuestCDN with a closing deadline of May 20, 2026. • Pre‑bid conference on May 6, 2026 via Microsoft Teams (optional). • All work must comply with local utility standards and be fully tested before project closeout.
