Invitation for Bid - Bid 104-25DS Warehouse Office Supplies

The County of Onslow is soliciting bids for various warehouse office supplies. The purpose of this solicitation is to award a Term Contract to a vendor or multiple vendors for a period of six months. The contract will be effective January 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. The Term Contract may be extended for an additional six-month period upon the same pricing, terms, and conditions, if agreeable by awarded vendors. • The contract will cover various office supplies, including paper, binders, folders, pens, pencils, and other related items. • The vendor will be required to provide the supplies at a fixed price for the duration of the contract. • The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informalities in bids, and to accept any item in the quote. • The successful Offeror will be emailed a Term Contract, which will identify each individual item, the vendor who was awarded the item, the brand, item number, unit of measure, and price.
