Full and Open IDIQ for A-E Services for Vance AFB and Sheppard AFB

The opportunity is for a full and open IDIQ for A-E services for Vance AFB and Sheppard AFB. The selected firms will provide architectural and engineering services for various projects, including airfield pavement repairs, utility system repairs, and facility renovations. The firms will be selected based on their qualifications, experience, and past performance. The opportunity is open to all businesses, and the initial service contract is anticipated to be awarded in the summer of 2026 and completed in the spring of 2027. • The opportunity requires firms to submit a SF-330 package of qualifications for review by ASRC and approved by Vance AFB Government Personnel. • The selection criteria include specialized experience and technical competence, qualified professional personnel, past performance, capacity to complete Air Force planning charrettes, and knowledge of the Vance and Sheppard AFB installation. • The firms will be evaluated based on their submissions, and the most qualified teams will be selected for an interview. • The opportunity may be extended to last for a total of 5 years, if ASRC (or subsidiary) is successful in being awarded the next base operations service contract(s).
