Budget estimate

$4,758,000 – $5,327,700

Given the lack of specific payment information in the document, it's challenging to provide an accurate estimate. However, considering the VA's requirements for a 10-year lease with a minimum of 15,786 ABOA/SF and a maximum of 17,759 RSF of contiguous space, we can make an educated guess. The annual rent for a similar property in the Kansas City area could range from $20 to $50 per square foot, depending on factors like location, building quality, and amenities. Assuming an average annual rent of $30 per square foot, the total annual rent for the minimum required space (15,786 ABOA/SF) would be approximately $475,800. For the maximum space (17,759 RSF), the total annual rent would be around $532,770. Over the 10-year lease term, the total budget could range from $4,758,000 to $5,327,700. However, this is a rough estimate and does not take into account various factors like operating expenses, security upgrades, and tenant improvements, which could significantly impact the actual budget.
