Molecular Analyzer Equipment Purchase

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Walla Walla Medical Center is seeking a commercial vendor to supply, install, and provide a one‑year service agreement for a molecular PCR analyzer capable of rapid, multiplex testing for women’s health, sexual health, and a suite of additional pathogens. The equipment must support a minimum of 16 simultaneous test modules, deliver results within 1–1.5 hours, be benchtop‑sized (≤ 175 lb), include UPS backup, barcode scanning, and LIS integration, and be delivered/installed between 01 Oct 2026 and 31 Mar 2027. The solicitation is an unrestricted, open‑market RFQ with a firm‑fixed‑price order; quotes are due 04 Sep 2026.
